Thank you for visiting and shopping at degaledesign.com. Please read the following terms and conditions for our shipping and refund policy.

 

Currently only shipping within Canada

 

Our products are custom packaged on demand, therefore please allow 5-7 business days of printing and packaging time before artwork is shipped out. Shipping time begins after production time and you will receive an update via email saying your package has been shipped or is ready for pick-up. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If your request is needed sooner please first reach out at degaledesign@gmail.com instead of ordering through the site and we will see how best to support you. 

 

Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. Our posters are shipped in packaging tubes and our custom framed pieces are carefully packaged to arrive safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays or issues.

 

All sales are final. Art is custom and due to the nature of our business there are no exchanges, refunds or returns. If you have any questions or concerns prior to placing your order, please contact us at degaledesign@gmail.com and we will try our best to assist you.
